The fee that is required with your registration form is to secure your child's spot in the program.  The registration form can be used from year to year.  The file saved with a year/date on it, but it's the same no matter when you submit it.

Periodic updates and prompt responses will be required to hold your child's spot, even after enrolling.  I constantly have growing waitlists and need committment.
